The Board of Sports Infrastructure in Krakow, Poland, has launched a tender process to develop a sport center through the public private partnership (PPP) model.
The project will be constructed in a 1.8258 ha area. The preferred bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the new facilities during the concession period. The project also involves the upgrade of the surrounding area.
The concession value is estimated at €5.22 million (US$5.82 million).
Interested parties must submit their applications, in Polish, on or before 21 March 2016.
Krakow is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. Situated on the Vistula River in the Lesser Poland region. The city has traditionally been one of the leading centres of Polish academic, cultural, and artistic life and is one of Poland's most important economic hubs.
