Poland launches tender for transport PPP project

The City of Warsaw, Poland, has issued a tender process for an urban transport PPP project between Mariott Hotel and the Central Station.

The project involves the design, construction and operation of three underpasses located near the Central Station. The project will be developed through a public private partnership (PPP) model.

The contract value is estimated at €10 million (US$10.6 million).

Interested parties must submit their proposals in Polish on or before 20 April 2015.

Warsaw is the capital and largest city of Poland. It is located on the Vistula River, in east-central Poland. Its population is estimated at 1.729 million residents within a greater metropolitan area of 2.666 million residents, which makes Warsaw the 9th most populous capital city in the European Union.
