Mikołów, a city in southern Poland, has launched a tender process to develop a real estate public private partnership (PPP) project.
The project involves the development of a new building on the site of the demolished police headquarters. The new building will have office, service and retail spaces.
The selected bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the new facilities during a 20 year concession period, which includes 2 years for the design and construction and 18 years for the operation and maintenance.
Mikołów is located in the Silesian Highlands and it has a population of approximately 40.000 inhabitants. It is one of the towns of the Katowice urban area, which has a population of about 2.7 million inhabitants.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate, in Polish, on or before April 4, 2016. See tender announcement:
