The PDA is awarded to the Potrero Neighborhood Collective team, LLC (PNC) as a lead developer (LD), which is led by its sole equity member, Plenary Americas US Holdings Inc. (Plenary).
The team also includes companies such as Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), Young Community Developers (YCD), Tabernacle Community Development Corporation (TCDC), Presidio Development Partners, design consultants IBI Group and Y.A. studio, Plant Construction Company, the Allen Group and WT Partnership.
