International law firm Pinsent Masons has further bolstered its planning and consenting team with the appointment of Emma Harling-Phillips as a partner working across its Infrastructure, Energy and Real Estate sectors.
Emma will join from DLA Piper and is a qualified barrister, having previously been a tenant at Landmark Chambers. She specializes in obtaining planning and other regulatory approvals for major transport infrastructure, energy and real estate developments, with both public and private sector clients. Most recently, Emma has successfully promoted a number of Development Consent Orders (DCO) in the roads and power station sectors and helped defend the first DCO in the Court of Appeal.
