Anthony Arrows joins as partner from Australian law firm Allens. He has experience advising on major renewable energy, road and rail projects acting for sponsors, contractors and operations and maintenance providers. During his 17 year career he has advised companies including Mitsui, First Solar and Hess Corporation. Prior to joining Allens he was the general counsel at Australian engineering company John Holland Group.

Arrow will be joined by Margaret Cole, who previously led the Middle East business of White & Case. With over thirty years’ experience, Margaret has practised around the world in cities including Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong. She also spent five years in house as General Counsel for the Australian investment company Babcock & Brown, served as an associate for Sir Nigel Bowen, former Chief Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, and worked as principal counsel at the International Finance Corporation.

Margaret advises major lenders and investors on complex international finance matters including project finance, securitizations and private placements. She recently acted on the  US$1.2 billion financing of Indorama's nitrogenous fertilizer complex in Rivers State, Nigeria.
