Bristol City Council published on Sept. 27th a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in the Official Journal of the European Union for the design, build, finance, maintain and operate a mixed tenure Extra Care Housing scheme on land at New Fosseway Road, Hengrove, Bristol, and additional sites in Bristol.

The contract will also include the provision of design and build services for 1 dementia care home on land at New Fosseway Road, Hengrove, Bristol. The provider will also be expected to provide dementia care services during the contract.

Extra care housing is social or private housing that has been modified to suit people with long-term conditions or disabilities that make living in their own home difficult, but who don't want to move into a residential care home.
