PIN launched for Dutch education PPP

The municipality of Leidschendam - Voorburg, Netherlands, has launched a prior information notice (PIN) for the Kulturhus Stompwijk primary school PPP project.

The tender process for the project is scheduled to be launched on 10 September 2015.

The new primary school will be located in Leidschendam-Voorburg a municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis.

Last week we reported that the Dutch Highways and Waterways Agency (Rijkswaterstaat) selected a team composed of Royal BAM Group, Volker Wessels and DIF Infrastructure for the new IJmuiden sea lock PPP, located at the mouth of the North Sea Canal to Amsterdam.

Also last week the Rijksgebouwendienst, the Dutch Government Buildings Agency (RGD) and R Creators have achieved commercial closure for the Utrecht Button Barracks PPP project.
