The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for designing, building, financing, operating and maintaining several bundles of social housing developments in Ireland.
Bundles 1 and 2 were delivered in 2020 and 2021 and are now in the operational phase. Bundle 3 is currently in the procurement phase, with planning consent granted for all its sites. The Social Housing PPP Bundles 4, 5, 6, and 7 Programme involves developing social housing on various sites across Ireland, including maintenance, upkeep, and tenancy management services for 25 years after the construction period is completed.
Candidates will be required to submit pre-qualification documents, with selection criteria likely based on the following:
