Philippines to approve 8 PPP projects before end of the year Philippines PPP Center's Executive Director Cosette V. Canilao has announced that the government has plans to approve 8 public private partnersho (PPP) projects before the year end.According to Canilao, the Inter-Agency Investment Coordination Committee-Cabinet Committee (ICC-CabCom) had met to discuss about six PPP  projects, which have a total investment estimated at P633.21 billion (US$14.16 million). The projects are the following:

The two other projects that are expected to be approved by the end of the year are the LRT Line 1 Dasmariñas extension and the redevelopment, operation and maintenance of the Ninoy Aquino International Aiport (NAIA). For these two projects the total investment has not been estimated.
