Parsons Brinckerhoff announces hires in London and New York

Raymond Moore has been named a Senior Professional Manager in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Sebastien Maillot has been appointed to lead Parsons Brinckerhoff's systems integration and engineering team specialising in railway infrastructure in London.

In his new position, Mr. Moore will be responsible for aviation business development and pursuit of airport projects throughout the Northeast, including the New York/New Jersey region. He has close to 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at OTG Management, an airport food and beverage operator. Previously, he was Regional Director, Corporate Real Estate at Delta Airlines, where he negotiated and managed airport real estate transactions and associated obligations for Delta and directed the airline's airport concessions programs at La Guardia and JFK airports.

Mr. Moore received an M.S. in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University.

Sebastien Maillot joins a growing team providing systems integration, systems engineering and strategic programme management. Recent programme roles for the team include Network Rail's North of England Programme and High Speed Two, where it is helping manage the successful integration and completion of complex projects elements.

With 12 years' experience in the railway industry, Maillot has spent the last eight years with Network Rail, most recently leading the systems engineering team on the Crossrail programme. Combining technical capability in systems engineering and safety assurance with stakeholder and procurement management skills, he brings a breadth of expertise and knowledge of the industry.

Daniel Mayhew, Operations Director, commented:

"We are excited to have Sebastien working with us, further developing our capability and industry leading reputation for developing systems to manage complex projects and reduce risk." On starting his new role, Maillot adds:"I am delighted to be joining Parsons Brinckerhoff to lead a dynamic and expanding team of systems engineers. Transportation, and in particular rail, is going through amazing growth at the moment and the huge challenges that come with this investment need the type of engineering solutions this team can offer."

Maillot holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate Award in Business Leadership.
