The state of Paraná, Brazil, has announced it has published tender documents for the public consultation of the PPP contract: duplication, upgrade, operation and maintenance of the corridor PR-323 (PR-323, PRC-487 and PRC-272) between Maringá (link with PR-317) and Access to Francisco Alves.

The project has a total length of 219.9 Km and the concession term will be 30 years.

Comments to tender documents must be submitted from November 18th to December 18th.

Additionally, the state 'Secretaria do Planejamento e Coordenação Geral' will conduct two public hearings on Dec. 5th in the cities of Umuarama and Cianorte.

The PPP project was structured through a PMI carried out by Odebrecht Transport Participações S.A. who was authorized to work on the Feasibility study for the project in April 2013.
