Operis expands Canadian team with appointment of new director

Operis, an international project finance advisor, has hired Jean-Francis Strayer as a Director to join their Canadian team in Toronto.

Jean-Francis's main area of focus will be to advise clients on Operis's project finance and infrastructure engagements across Canada and the USA.

Jean-Francis has more than 12 years' experience advising public and private sector clients in the procurement and execution of large scale infrastructure projects and PPPs predominantly in North America.

Prior to Operis, Jean-Francis was an Infrastructure Advisory & Project Finance Director at Deloitte, Canada.

Since the firm's inception in 1990, Operis have developed an envied portfolio of services specifically focused on project finance. Over time, Operis's activities have widened to cover a full portfolio of project finance related services including financial advice, model audit, financial modelling training and financial modelling software.
