Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. (OHL), a Spanish-based multinational construction and civil engineering company, has sold its 35% stake in Barcelona metro stations to Aberdeen Asset Management.

The deal has been closed for a total equity consideration of €42 million (US$46.9 million), €100 million (US$111.6 million) if including the debt associated with the asset.
