Ohio University has announced it has released a Request for Proposals for public-private partnership development opportunities at The Ridges in Athens, Ohio (US).
The RFP process is designed to help firms learn more about the development potential of The Ridges as well as assist the University in learning about external firm’s qualifications, expertise and abilities.
The University intends to select one or more teams to implement development plans that are responsible, viable, and that achieve a variety of University and community needs.

The Ridges is on the hill across the Hocking River from the West Green. This part of the Athens Campus was previously the Athens Mental Health Center, a regional psychiatric hospital.
