Akershus County Council, Norway, has launched a tender process for the design, construction, operation, maintenance and financing of a new secondary school in Jessheim of approx. 28,000 sqm using a PPP where the bidder shall enter into a leasing agreement with the Awarding Authority for a minimum of 25 years.
In a first phase, up to four companies will be shortlisted and then a competitive dialogue will take place to select the best bidder.
The project concerns the construction of a new upper secondary school in Jessheim for approx. 1,500 students and approx. 28,000 sqm and subsequent operation and maintenance of the school through a PPP contract (Public-private partnership) where the supplier is responsible for the implementation and financing and the Awarding Authority shall be the tenant.
The time limit to receive requests to participate is July 4th, 2013. There is also a time limit for accessing documents: 24.6.2013.
