New investors for Meridiam's vintage infrastructure fund
Meridiam has announced the successful completion of a major liquidity process on around 25% of Meridiam Infrastructure SICAR acquired by a major US-based fund of fund.

DIF Infrastructure V acquires majority stake in French toll road concession
DIF has announced that its Infrastructure V fund has acquired a 66.7% stake in Albea SAS, a company which holds the concession to operate the A150 toll road in France. DIF Infrastructure V purchased the stake from Infravia and TIIC.

Vinci achieves US$435 million financial close of road PPP in France
VINCI has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ARCOS has secured financing for the A355 motorway PPP project in France, which involves the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a new bypass to the west of Strasbourg, the capital of the Grand Est region and ninth largest city in France.

Marseille launches tender for US$900 million school renovation project
The City of Marseille, located in the south of France, has launched a tender process to select private partners to support the implementation of the Future School Plan (PEA - Plan Ecole d'Avenir) which involves major renovation works to schools across the city. The City will award four-year public-private partnership contracts worth EUR754 million (US$916 million) excluding tax.

Altitude Infrastructure wins US$640 million broadband PPP in France
Haute-Garonne Numérique, the government agency in charge the deployment of very high speed broadband in Haute-Garonne, a department in south-west France, has chosen Altitude Infrastructure to deploy a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network throughout its territory by 2022. Following installation, the company will manage the network for 20 years.
