Miller Equitix, a joint venture between Miller Construction and investment partner Equitix, has reached financial close on the new £50m Inverness College UHI campus project.

Equitix and Miller Construction have 50 % equity in the project each. 

Miller Construction will provide integrated design and build services and on-going facilities management for 25 years delivered through Miller Asset 24. The period of the contract is 25 years. Work is expected to start on site immediately and will be completed in time for the beginning of the 2015 term.

Financial close has been achieved in a 17 month period. Senior Debt funding will be provided by Aviva.
