MCC2 Group has recently announced that it has won the bidding process for the construction of the Utility Pipe Gallery PPP project in Baotou, an Inner Mongolia autonomous region of northern China.
The project represents an important measure for Baotou, which has a population of 1.671 million inhabitants, to promote urban infrastructure construction. This project involves the construction of utility pipe galleries on the Outer Ring Road and Qingshan Road in the old Beiliang Shantytown in Baotou.
The total length of the Utility Pipe Gallery PPP project is 6.68 kilometer and it has a construction period which is estimated at one year. MCC2 Group has also signed an agreement to operate the pipe gallery for a period of 19 years.
