You can receive them by email on a daily basis.The Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI)  announced the shortlists for three road PPP projects part of the 4G Program.The concessions and the teams selected are:

Pacific Connection highway concession 1 (Autopistas de la Prosperidad): includes the stretch Ancón Sur- Camilo Cé-Bolombolo. It has an estimated investment of US$1.06 billion, with a total length of 46 kilometers, with 20 bridges and two tunnels.

On 5 June 2013, a  total of 19 consortia submitted proposals in the EOIs phase.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • Estructura Plural Strabag - Concay [Strabag A.G 70%, Concay S.A 30%]
  • Estructura Plural Cintra Infraestructura Colombia S.A.S. e Intervial Colombia S.A.S. [Cintra Colombia 95%, Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados S.A 5%]
  • Infraestructura Vial de Colombia [Carlos Alberto Solarte Solarte 25%, Cass Constructores y Compañía 15%, Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructura S.A de C.V 35%, Alca Ingenieria S.A.S 5%, Latinoamericana de Construcciones S.A 25%]
  • Estructura Plural Autopista conexión Antioquia Pacifico [Coninsa Ramon H S.A 5%, SP Ingenieros S.A.S 20%, Procopal S.A 5%, Cointer Concesiones 25%, Construcciones Rubau S.A. Colombia 20%, Sinohydro Group LTD 25%]

Magdalena River Highway Concession 2 (Autopistas de la Prosperidad): includes the stretches of Remedios-Alto de Dolores, Alto de Dolores-Puerto Berrio and connection to "Ruta del Sol". The total length is 150 kilometers with 74 bridges and 6 tunnels.

On 5 June 2013, a  total of 19 consortia submitted proposals in the EOIs phase.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • Estructura Plural Cintra Infraestructura Colombia S.A.S. y Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados. [Cintra Colombia 95%, Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados S.A 5%]
  • Hidalgo e Hidalgo Colombia - Construcción y Administración S.A CASA [Hidalgo e Hidalgo Sucursal Colombia 50%,  Hidalgo e Hidalgo Colombia 15%, Construcción y Administración S.A CASA 35%]

Connection North highway concession (Autopistas de la Prosperidad): Includes stretches of Remedios-Zaragoza, Zaragoza-Caucasia (including Caucasia bypass and connection to Group 4 North).

On 5 June 2013, a  total of 19 consortia submitted qualification documents in the EOIs phase.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • Estructura Plural Strabag - Concay [Strabag A.G 70%, Concay S.A 30%]
  • China Gezhouba Group Company Limited Colombia 100%
