Proinversion seeks advisors for four PPP projects

ProInversion, Peru's private investment promotion agency, has launched tender processes to hire advisors for four PPP projects.

The four projects are: Pan-American South Section Ica - DV. Quilca, Lima's water supply concession,Callao port logistics platform and truck parking & service center, and operation and maintenance (O&M) of Lima's convention center.

The Pan-American South - Section Ica - DV. Quilca project involves the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the road infrastructure in that section.

Proinversion launched the tender process to hire advisors for the project on 10 October 2014. Interested parties must submit their proposals on 4 November 2014.

The Lima's water supply concession involves the expansion of Pomacocha and Huallacocha dams, 10km trans-Andean tunnel to transfer water from the Pomacocha lagoon to the Blanco river, the upgrade of the Huachipa potable water plant to produce 5m3/s, the construction of the 25.6km distribution pipeline to deliver water to Lima's southern districts and other complementary works.

The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis for a period of 30 years.

For this project Proinversion launched the tender process to hire advisors on 19 September 2014. Interested parties must submit their proposals on 31 October 2014.

The Callao port logistics platform and truck parking & service center includes the development of a logistics platform and truck parking & service center. The logistics activities area will provide the following services, among others: storage, packing, repacking, sealing, packaging, labeling, weighing, quality control, and redistribution. The truck parking & service center will be a parking area for freight transport vehicles, and it will have an schedule system in order to manage the entrance and exit of vehicles to and from the terminals of the Callao port and the upcoming logistics activities area.

The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis.

Proinversion launched the tender process to hire advisors for this project on 18 October 2014. Interested parties must submit their proposals on 24 November 2014.

The O&M Convention Center of Lima project consists in promoting the participation of the private sector to be in charge of the operation and maintenance of the CCL for a period between 15 and 20 years. The CCL will have a built area of 85,441.39 m2, with a capacity of 9,950 persons. The CCL project is currently in execution.

Proinversion launched the tender process to hire advisors for this project on 18 September 2014. Interested parties must submit their proposals on 31 October 2014.
