Shortlist announced for Colombian road concession

Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced that ten teams have been shortlisted for the Sea highway 1 'Autopista al Mar 1', which belongs to 'Autopistas para la Prosperidad' highway project package.

The estimated investment of the project is 1.50 billion pesos (US$730 million).

The project will connect the city of Medellín and the Sea highway 2 "Autopista al Mar 2". It includes the following 176 km road stretches: Occidente-San Jerónimo, San Jerónimo-Santafé de Antioquia and Bolombolo-Santafé de Antioquia.

The project involves construction of 19 tunnels and 41 bridges.

The ten teams shortlisted for the project are the following:

  1. Grupo Odinsa S.A. (30 %), Mincivil (25%) Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. (20 %), Termotécnica Coindustrial S.A. (7.5 %), Icein S.A.S. (7.5 %) and Mota - Engil Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (10 %)
  2. Vinci Concesions S.A.S. (50%) and Constructora Concreto S.A. (50%)
  3. Sacyr Concesiones Colombia S.A.S. (55%) and Sacyr Colombia S.A.S.  (45%)
  4. Infraestructura Concesionada SAS (50 %) and Acciona Concesiones Chile (50 %)
  5. Shikun & Binui Concesiones AG (50 %) and CI Grodco S en CA Ingenieros Civiles (50 %)
  6. Iridium Colombia desarrollo de infraestructuras (50%) Graña y Montero S.A.A. (50%)
  7. IL&FS Trasportation Networks Limited (74 %) and Construcciones e Inversiones Beta S.A.S (26%)
  8. Concesia S.A.S. (24%), MC Victorias Tempranas S.A.S. 10%, Cintra infraestructuras Colombia (66%)
  9. OHL Colombia (60%), and OHL Chile (40%)
  10. Estudios y Proyectos del Sol EPISOL S.A.S. (60 %) and  Colombiana de Licitaciones y Concesiones (40%)

The Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has also announced that 10 teams have been shortlisted for the Sea highway 2  "Autopista al Mar 2" belonging to the Autopistas para la Prosperidad highway project package.

The estimated investment is 1.57 billion pesos (US$769 million). This concession includes 139Km, 27 tunnels and 51 bridges. It includes the following road stretches: Cañasgordas - Uramita; Variante Fuemia; Túnel de Fuemia; Debeiba - Mutatá and Mutatá - El Tigre.
