Management appointments at BAM Deutschland and BAM PPP

The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group has appointed Dr. M. Koch as managing director of BAM Deutschland AG with effect from 1 October 2016. Markus Koch (46) has been part of the management of BAM’s general building company in Germany since 2010.

Markus Koch will succeed Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Naujoks, who will step down from his leading role as chairman of the management of BAM Deutschland as of the same date in relation to his retirement effective 31 December 2016.

Furthermore, the Executive Board has appointed Mr P.R.E. Snippe per 1 October 2016 as director of BAM Deutschland. Patrick Snippe (48) will succeed Dipl.-Kfm. Michael Hager, who will retire on his request. Michael Hager will continue his career with the Group in an advisory capacity. Currently Patrick Snippe is director of BAM PPP, BAM’s operating company responsible for public private partnerships.

Since 1 October 2016, the management of BAM Deutschland AG comprises of Markus Koch (chairman), Albrecht Häberle and Patrick Snippe.

At BAM PPP bv the Executive Board has appointed Mr C.E.I. Williams CA as Finance Director to succeed Patrick Snippe. Currently Chris Williams (40) is Investments Director of BAM PPP and is a Board member of the BAM PPP JV with PGGM.

From 1 October 2016 the management of  BAM PPP bv will comprise of Kieron Meade (chairman), and Chris Williams.
