The Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD) of the Ministry of Finance of Macedonia has launched a tender process to hire advisors for the implementation of the legal framework public–private partnership (PPP) in the country.
More concretely, the purpose of the contract is to strengthen the administrative capacities of the national and local authorities, as well as the private sector, for implementation of the legal framework for PPP, as well as to harmonize the law on PPP with the latest available EU directives in this field.
The contract shall also provide training in PPP-related issues by qualified experts, for a wider list of participants, in several successive cycles and shall prepare a guide for implementation of procedures for PPP.
Interested parties must submit their applications on or before 30 June 2016. On the basis of the applications received, between 4 and 8 candidates will be invited to submit detailed tenders for this contract.
