The London Borough of Brent has launched a preliminary information memorandum (PIM), seeking to procure a delivery partner to carry out a high quality residential led mixed use redevelopment of the Peel site, located in NW6.
The Peel site sits at the centre of South Kilburn and forms part of phase three of the redevelopment programme for South Kilburn. The total estimated investment for the project stands at GBP135 million (US$174 million).
