Lincolnshire seeks private partner for extra care housing scheme

Procurement Lincolnshire has launched the tender process to seek a private partner for extra care housing scheme in Lincolnshire County (UK).

The project consist of the construction of approx 600 Extra Care Housing units across Lincolnshire County. The council are looking to work, potentially a number of providers whereby the council will provide a financial contribution to fund the gap between the net cost and income in delivering the ECH scheme(s).

Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Construction work
  • Sheltered housing construction work
  • Services provided by medical personnel
  • Residential health facilities services
  • Social work services
  • Social work services with accommodation

The estimated total value is GBP60 million (US$78 million) and the deadline for submitting proposals is September 16th.
