Lend Lease appoints Executive General Manager in the United States

Lend Lease announced in early September the appointment of Murray Woolcock to Executive General Manager, Strategic Business Units in Lend Lease Americas Project Management & Construction (PM&C) division. Mr. Woolcock will be joining the Americas Region Senior Leadership team and will be based in the Americas Region Corporate headquarters in New York.

As Executive General Manager for Lend Lease PM&C Strategic Business Units, he will assume overall responsibility for leading and fostering the continuous growth of Lend Lease's PM&C Strategic Business units comprised of PP DoD, Life Sciences, Solar Services, Telecom, and Design Build Integrated Deals.

With his extensive experience encompassing a wide range of sectors including Public Private Partnerships (PPP), healthcare, retail, correctional facilities, commercial, education, residential, infrastructure, and mixed use developments make him the ideal candidate to lead our PM&C Strategic Business Units."

Throughout his career, Murray has held numerous management positions with escalating responsibilities in Lend Lease's different business units across the globe. In his previous leadership roles in the Americas region, he was responsible for leading business activities in Brazil and Canada, with a specific focus on PPP projects, infrastructure development, and real estate opportunities.

Lend Lease finished its previous financial year on June 30th with a construction backlog revenue of approximately $17.2 billion and a global development pipeline with an estimated end value of approximately $37.4 billion.
