Laos to sign MoU for BOT expressway project

The coordinator of the Vientiane-Pakxe Expressway project in Laos, which is to be developed following Build-Operate-Transfer model, has announced that the Ministry of Public Works and Transport will soon sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with four construction companies from Laos and China for planning and design works for the project.
