 KT launches blueprint for telecoms PPPs in Africa

KT Corp., the largest telecommunications company in Korea, has announced that it intends to expand its operations in African countries following the success of its development of a nationwide Long Term Evolution (LTE) network in Rwanda through a public-private partnership (PPP).
