Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd (KIFM), the Trustee-Manager of K-Green Trust (KGT), announced on May 20th, 2013, the appointment of Mr Lionel Chua as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 20 May 2013.

KGT provides investors with an opportunity to invest in "green" infrastructure assets in Singapore and globally with a focus on Europe and Asia Pacific. KGT's Sponsor, Keppel Integrated Engineering, was recently reorganised under Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd, also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Corporation.

KGT currently owns Senoko Waste-to-Energy Plant, Keppel Seghers Tuas Waste-toEnergy Plant and Keppel Seghers Ulu Pandan NEWater Plant.

Mr Chua, 40, has more than 16 years of experience in financial and management accounting where he has held senior positions, including Vice President (Finance) of The Ascott Group Limited and CFO of Mary Chia Holdings Limited. He has also worked at CapitaLand Group and Singapore Airlines Limited. Prior to joining KIFM, Mr Chua was the Financial Controller at Keppel REIT Management Limited, where he was responsible for the financial and reporting functions and also participated in various acquisition exercises.

Mr Thomas Pang, Chief Executive Officer of KIFM, said, "Lionel's wide financial experience and expertise makes him a valuable addition to the management team at KIFM, and will contribute to our efforts to continue delivering steady performance and value to K-Green Trust's unitholders."

Mr Chua will be responsible for KIFM's and KGT's financial and reporting functions, including accounting, taxation, treasury and compliance. Mr Chua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Merit) degree from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (CPA Singapore).

KIFM's out-going CFO, Ms Kang Leng Hui, will be rotated to Keppel Land Limited, as part of the Keppel Group's key finance talent management scheme.
