Kenya seeks Consultant for Health PPP projects

The Government of Kenya has released a tender notice requiring Advisory Services to the Ministry of Health, relevant County Health Teams and the PPP Unit to enable them to carry out successful PPP transactions.

The scope of work of this assignment includes the following:
  • Development of a PPP strategy and Capacity Building
  • PPP Project Identification, Pre-feasibility and Feasibility
  • Development of Transaction Advisor TORs, Contract Negotiation and Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Implementation
  • Development and Implementation of Safeguards Strategies

Individual consultants are invited to express their interest in providing all the services. However, the expression of interest is also open to interested firms who may wish to propose individual consultants.

Deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest is Wednesday 13th November 2013 at 1600 hours Kenyan local time.

This process will be financed with proceeds from the World Bank.
