Global law firm Jones Day has hired Javier López Antón as a partner in the firm's Banking & Finance Practice in Madrid, Spain.
Javier was responsible for the banking area of Latham & Watkins in Madrid since 2013. He also was partner and director of DLA Piper betwwen 2008 and 2009.
Mr. López has experience, among others, in corporate finance, project finance (PPP/PFI) and M&A in several sector including infrastructure, renewable energy and telecommunications.
Javier holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid.

We have recently reported that Jones Day had hired Myles Mantle as a partner in the firm's Projects & Infrastructure Practice, resident in its London and Tokyo offices. Mr. Mantle is a cross-border project finance lawyer with more than 20 years of experience.
