JLL has hired Jill Jamieson, an specialist in infrastructure finance and P3, to join JLL's Public Institutions team in Washington, DC as a Managing Director.
Jamieson brings more than 25 years of P3 and infrastructure finance experience. Having served a broad array of U.S. federal, state and local authorities on alternative finance and delivery across multiple asset classes, specific areas of expertise include: multi-sector P3 program development, transaction advisory services, contract governance and oversight structures and government transformation.
Jamieson's successful infrastructure finance and P3 transaction experience encompasses work across multiple infrastructure sectors, including: transportation, water, energy, social infrastructure, environment, municipal works, urban development and tourism/resort development. With a total capital investment portfolio of well over $10 billion, she also has a strong track record of successful international experience, having provided P3 advisory services in over 23 countries across the globe.
Jamieson joins JLL from Huron Consulting Group where she specialized in alternative finance and delivery (including P3/P4), privatization and public sector transformation, advising a wide variety of international, federal, state and local clients. Prior to joining Huron, she was a P3/P4 Practice Leader with Deloitte Consulting.
Jamieson holds a master of arts in law and diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts, and a bachelor of science of foreign service from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Washington, DC. She serves on the Board of the National Council for Public Private Partnerships, as well as on the Advisory Board for the United Nations PPP Specialist Centre.
