Jim Delkousis appointed new Global Head of Infrastructure and Construction at DLA Piper

DLA Piper has appointed Jim Delkousis to the position of Global Head of Infrastructure and Construction Disputes.

Jim has more than 20 years of experience in major project disputes throughout Asia Pacific, and more recently, the Middle East, where he led DLA Piper's Litigation & Regulatory practice for the last six years, having first established the practice back in 2007 and grown it to a team of 18 lawyers in the UAE alone. He has significant expertise in international arbitrations which are high value, complex and multi-jurisdictional .

Jim will bring the global model of a team without borders to Australia, leading a team of construction and infrastructure lawyers with experience in cross-border major project disputes. The team will service clients both within Australia and in their cross-border matters, combining expertise and consistency of service to quickly and effectively resolve major project disputes, wherever they occur.
