Isolux Corsan in talks to build the Jefferson Parkway

At its April 13th meeting, the Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority of directors voted to enter into an initial 90-day discussion with Isolux Corsan which, if successful, will lead to a preconcession agreement and ultimately construction of the Jefferson Parkway.

Remember that the Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority is an agency backing construction of a $204 million, 10-mile toll road across Denver's northwestern suburbs to finish the metro area's beltway. The Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority has been since 2008 working to complete the last unbuilt portion of the Denver metropolitan beltway through a public/private partnership to finance, design, build, operate and maintain the Parkway.
