Irish law firm adds PPP specialist

Irish law firm, Philip Lee Solicitors, has appointed Kerri Crossen as partner in the construction, projects and PPP group.

She was previously a partner and head of the PPP and Procurement Group in Eversheds since 2008. She has practised in the areas of procurement, construction, projects and PPP for over 12 years and has particular experience in the area of education and transport PPPs.

Kerri leads the projects and procurement practice and advises both public and private sector clients on all aspects of the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects in various sectors. She has recently been involved in advising the public sector on the procurement of a number of PPP projects in the education, health and justice sectors. Kerri also advised a number of private sectors bidders on the roads and accommodation PPPs over the last 10 years.

Kerri also advises on all forms of construction contracts from low value standard construction documentation to high value bespoke infrastructure contracts. She advises on EU and national public procurement law, in relation to running tender procedures for the supply of works, goods and services contracts, on risk mitigation measures in tender procedures and regarding procurement challenges for both public and private clients.
