Irish Infrastructure Fund buys two primary care centres
Valley Healthcare has taken the number of primary care centres (PCCs) in its portfolio to six, as it announces its agreement to acquire two new construction-ready PCC sites, in Clonakilty, County Cork and Listowel, County Kerry.

Prequalification commences for social housing PPP in Ireland
The National Treasury Management Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government of the Government of Ireland and Cork County Council, has issued a contract notice for the second bundle of the Social Housing PPP Programme. Interested parties are invited to prequalify to design, build, finance, operate and maintain eight social housing sites located in the counties of Cork, Waterford, Clare, Galway, Roscommon and Kildare.

Future of Irish National Broadplan Plan PPP uncertain
The chief executive of Enet, the sole remaining bidder in the tender process for the Irish National Broadplan Plan PPP, has announced his resignation, despite the Irish government planning to award the contract in the next few months. This comes days after the managing director of BT Ireland, one of the largest telecommunications companies operating in Ireland, stated publicly that he was not Enet was capable of delivering the project.
