The Government of Ireland has announces that it is seeking advisors for the Social Housing PPP Bundle 2.
The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has launched a tender process for the provision of planning advisory services in respect of the Social Housing PPP Programme.
The 2nd phase of the Government’s current PPP programme, announced by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Brendan Howlin T.D in Budget 2015, envisages a programme to invest €300 million (US$334 million) in social housing and is expected to comprise:
The Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government are the sanctioning authority for the Programme with National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) acting as financial advisor, procuring authority and project manager.
