Ireland's NDFA seeks financial advisor for PPP projects

Ireland's National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) is seeking a hedging adviser for the four Irish PPP projects in procurement and potential future projects.

Bids for the advisory contract are due on Monday, 14 September.The consultants will perform interest rate hedging services to financial close, including:
  • Reviewing debt cash flows provided by sponsors
  • Checking that swap provider pricing is in line with expectations
  • Advising on market movements that affect swap pricing
  • Benchmarking swaps offered at financial close

To participate bidders must have advised on three PPP projects, with a CAPEX of at least €50 million, that have achieved financial close in the last three years.
