Ireland publishes PIN for Primary Care Centres PPP

The Irish National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), for and on behalf of the Health Service Executive (HSE), has given notice of its intention to procure a Public Private Partnership (PPP) within the Primary Care Centres (PCCs) Programme to design, build, finance and provide services to between 10-14 Primary Care Centres.

The Government had previously announced plans for €115 million for two bundles of primary care centres which will be progressed by way of Public Private Partnership.

A list of 35 potential locations for Primary Care Centres has been identified by the Minister for Health. It was planned that these bundles which will each comprise up to 10 centres. The remainder will be considered for later phases of the PPP Programme.
