The French Infrastructure fund manager, OFI Infravia has made the following appointments regarding its management team:

Ludovic BOTH, Asset Manager

Ludovic has 15 years of experience in abroad variety of corporate finance, controlling,audit, reporting and accounting management roles acquired with private equity and venture capital funds in Europe and Asia. Previously CFO of Aloe private Equity,a firm investing in clean energy, waste recycling and eco-processes companies. Prior to his time at Aloe private Equity, Ludovic held several key financial controller positions, with Siemens (France and Switzerland), with Viventures partners (Singapore) and with Alcatel Telecom (France,Vietnam andPpakistan).

Ludovic is graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Montpellier(Fr) and from the Manchester Metropolitan University. He also holds a master's degree in marketing/net business from HEC business school.

Carine BAUDON, Assistant Middle-Office

Carie has 10 years of experience of Middle Office activities as well as various client operations functions. Carine worked from 2008 to 2012 as Middle Office account manager in the private equity department of Société Générale Securities Services. Previously, Carine has worked at AXA Banque and Caisse d'Epargne.

Bruno CANDàˆS promoted to Partner

Bruno joined OFI InfraVia in 2012 with 15 years of experience in the financing, structuring, negotiation and delivery of significant privately-financed infrastructure projects in Europe, Canada and the United States.

Gabriel GAUTHIER promoted to Investment Director

Gabriel joined OFI InfraVia in 2009. He has 8 years' experience in the infrastructure sector, most of which was in project finance.

Frédéric LONG promoted to Investment Director

Frédéric joined OFI InfraVia in 2010.He has 8 years' experience in the infrastructure sector, of which most has been in the construction sector.
