IMG and Rebel create leading U.S. consultancy firm

US-based Infrastructure Management Group, Inc. (IMG) and Netherlands-based Rebel have formally merged their operations in the United States and the merged company is operating under the brand IMG Rebel since February 1, 2014.

The synergies derived from IMG's expertise in North and South America and Rebel's extensive experience in Europe, Asia, and Africa, make IMG Rebel a single-stop for global infrastructure financing solutions. The company will be known as IMG Rebel in the U.S.

IMG Rebel is a full-service infrastructure advisory firm specializing in delivering innovative financing solutions while improving the management, operations, and development of infrastructure facilities worldwide. IMG Rebel combines over twenty years of experience improving infrastructure facilities in sectors as diverse as highways, transit, airports, energy, water, high-speed rail, and social infrastructure.

IMG Rebel's mission is to help clients bridge the gap between their infrastructure needs and financial resources by focusing on developing public-private partnerships (P3s), innovative funding, financing and project delivery solutions, professional asset management, and performance improvement.

IMG Rebel is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, with additional offices and affiliates in other cities in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Rebel is probably one of the most active PPP consultancy firms worldwide. See below a few of their achievements during the last months:
