IFM Investors appoints Carol Gray to the Board of Directors

IFM Investors Pty Ltd has announced the appointment of Carol Gray to its Board of Directors. The role will commence on 1 June 2016.

Based in Canada, Ms. Gray is a professional independent director with over 30 years of experience across the financial services and financial technology sectors.

Ms. Gray is currently a director on the boards of American Express Bank of Canada and Infrastructure Ontario and Land Corporation. She also serves on Trent University’s Finance and Endowment Lands board committees.

In her most recent executive role, Ms. Gray served as President and General Manager of Equifax Canada, where she successfully led the company through the global financial crisis, introducing new data solutions and revenue streams with a diversified portfolio of risk management products to a global market.

Prior to Equifax, Ms. Gray was a senior executive at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), leading large teams in retail and commercial banking through transformational changes in a highly-competitive environment undergoing technological disruption.

Ms. Gray has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and a Charter from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto. She also holds a BA in History and Political Studies from Trent University.
