IDEAL signed Intermodal Transference station PPP

IDEAL signed the contract, on August 29th, for the modernization of Intermodal Transfer Station Cuatro Caminos located in the municipality of Naucalpan, state of Mexico.  

The contract include the construction, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, station management, public transportation, parking, and commercial spaces for 30 years.

The project cost is estimated at P$140 million (US$11 million).

IDEAL-Etram Cuatro Caminos SA de CV. will be responsible  of building the Mexipuerto in Naucalpan, which will be the largest in the country, thanks to the 93 thousand square meters donated by the Federal Government to the state of Mexico.

The project will mobilize 200,000 daily users and provide several services: offices, parking lots, commercial areas, shops supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, transfer area, parks, public spaces, and recreational activities.

IDEAL will start construction of the project in February 2014 and it will be completed in 36 months.
