Société Wallonne du Logement (SLW), the main operator of the housing policy in the Walloon Region (Belgium), has launched a tender process for a housing PPP project in Tubize.

The project is to design, build and commercialize a total of 76 houses, 20 apartments and 3 commercial spaces in Tubize. The contract has a value estimated between €12 million (US$13.6 million) and €14 million (US$15.9 million).

Interested parties must submit their requests to participate in French on or before 2 December 2015.

Tubize is a Walloon municipality located in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant. Tubize has a total population of approximately 23,000 inhabitants.

Two months ago we reported that Antwerp Gateway achieved financial close for the Antwerp Port terminal expansion project located at the upper end of the tidal estuary of the Scheldt (Belgium). The project involves the expansion of the terminal and the renovation and acquisition of new equipment.
