Herstal launches tender for housing PPP

URBEO, Herstal's housing agency, has launched a tender process to develop a housing PPP project in Herstal, a municipality of Belgium.

The project will be developed on an area of 10,000 square meters located in Herstal city center. In addition to the housing development, the project includes the construction of parking spaces and green areas, among others.

Herstal lies in the country's Walloon Region and Province of Liège along the Meuse river. Herstal is included in the "Greater Liège" agglomeration, which counts about 600,000 inhabitants.

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 15 January 2016.

Last month we reported that Walloon Housing Agency (SWL) launched a tender process to develop a housing public private partnership (PPP) project in Charleroi, Belgium.
