Healthcare and PPPs: IFC's quarterly Handshake Dear readers, as you already know the International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank) finances and advises stakeholders on public private partnership projects. Some months ago the IFC started to publish a quarterly magazine focused on PPPs: Handshake. The last issue of the magazine has just been released, it focuses on Healthcare and PPPs, and it explores innovative and successful approaches by governments that are tapping the private sector for healthcare infrastructure, service delivery, and insurance.
