HDR acquires Sharon Greene + Associates

On 23 July, HDR, the US-based architecture, engineering and consulting firm has announced that it has acquired the business and assets of Sharon Greene + Associates.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. HDR|Sharon Greene + Associates will operate as a strategic consulting organization, offering an extensive portfolio of financial planning, project finance and public-private partnership advisory services.

Eric Keen, president, HDR Engineering, said:

"Sharon Greene and Associates has a stellar reputation as a firm trusted by public-sector agencies, with a deep understanding of funding and financing issues that are critical to project implementation. Sharon Greene + Associates, a firm specializing in transportation economics and financial analysis with offices in California and Denver. Provides strategic consulting services in the areas of transportation economics, infrastructure finance and planning.The firm's primary focus is on surface transport - highways, toll facilities, urban transit, and intercity and high speed rail - but also provides expertise in real estate economics and transit-oriented development.Source: HDR
