Goltsblat BLP appointed for terminal project of Sheremetyevo International Airport

Goltsblat BLP has been appointed independent consultant on the selection procedure of a partner (investor) that will implement a project to develop the Northern Terminal of Sheremetyevo International Airport.

The development of the Northern Terminal, which will service 40m passengers a year, is one of Sheremetyevo Airport's key strategic projects. The new complex will be located on the current site of Terminal B. Also currently in the planning phase is a tunnel to connect the north and south zones of the airport. Construction of the new terminal and tunnel is planned to coincide with the completion of a third runway.

Sheremetyevo International Airport is an international airport located in Khimki, Moscow Oblast, Russia, 29 km north-west of central Moscow.

Goltsblat BLP is the Russian practice of Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP). Goltsblat BLP was established at the beginning of 2009 as a result of a merger between one of the biggest teams of Russian lawyers and a major UK law firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP).
