Ghana tenders markets PPP

The government of Ghana has launched a request for proposals (RFP) seeking qualified private developers to carry out the design, building, financing, operation and transfer (DBFOT) of five Modern Public Market Projects and two Mixed-Use Infrastructure Projects within the Accra Metropolis through the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

The seven projects awaiting proposals include:

  • Re-Development of Mallam Atta Market (Accra New Town)
  • Re-Development of Makola Annex II (PWD Kwasiadwaso) Market (Tudu)
  • Re-Development of London Market (James Town)
  • Re-Development of Tuesday Market (Mamprobi)
  • Re-Development of Mallam Market (Sakaman)
  • Re-Development of Accra Convention Centre Project (Adjacent Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park)
  • Re-Development of Accra City Corner Project (City Corner -West Ridge)

Interested bidders may tender for a maximum of three projects but can only win one.

The deadline for submitting proposals is on September 19th, before 11:00 (local time).
